Presentation of the Jewish culture in Třebíč in context of the European Jewish museums: analysis and proposal of the education trail

This B.A. thesis is a critical analysis of the popularization of Jewish culture in Třebíč. It is focused on the expositions and on other Jewish-themed educational and cultural program organized by the civic culural center of Třebíč (Městské kulturní středisko). The chosen aspects of presentation strategy are analysed and compared to the up to date trends of the European Jewish museums and to their critiques in the scholarly journals. The theoretical part of the thesis is followed by the practical part, devoted to a proposal of the educational trail on the Jewish cemetery as an extension of the Třebíč's educational activities.
